Background

Montt (technically Montt II) is a backwater, only valuable for two reasons: as a stopover to the Shrine world of Tejal and as a source of promethium for the Sveslor Subsector. The resettlement of Montt during the Angevin Crusade ran into problems due to some of the feral tribes obstructing the Imperial presence. These tribes were wiped out during the crusade, but to this day dissident elements still exist in the native populace and occasionally cause problems.

Notable Features

Montt's only landmark is the spaceport where fuel shipments are loaded onto bulk transports, Eisendown Starport. The rest of the planet is dotted with mining camps, refineries, and feral settlements.
