Background
The Sebrian system contains no habitable planets, and instead the entire population resides upon orbital facilities built from the hollowed-out remains of previously mined asteroids.
The Sebrian system's two asteroid belts contain many valuable metallic ores. Due to the lack of large-scale settlement, the mining and processing facilities dotted throughout the system rely heavily on food and water imports primarily from the Kyppian and Thoe systems.
Processed metals from Sebrian makes its way via bulk transport to Gorane and Saijad.
Notable Features
Due to its nature, there are many small mining and processing plants dotted throughout the sector, owned by many different competing companies and interests. Their conflicts have never yet come to blows, as due to their scattered locations they are extremely vulnerable to pirate activity, and therefore do not waste manpower on fighting amongst themselves when there are common enemies to deal with. It should be noted that this does not mean that their economic and political battles are waged with any less fury.
The three main interests in the Sebrian System are Markus Mining, the Rabalias Clan, and Wrax Industries.
