Priest Mallear was located on board the Unrelenting Pride. He was one of two priests on board, organising the prayers of the faithful. During morning mass, the rogue trader ship was attcked by pirates and the cell escaped with Priest Mallear in tow.
A debriefing of the priet revealed that, as far as Mallear was aware, Rogue Trader Attilas never arrived on Tu-Shar. Rogue Trader Ferrus, on the other hand arrived and was kind enough to pick him up. As such, he is unaware of Attilas's whereabouts. He commented that Ferrus an his cohort arrived on the planet in priestly robes. As far as he was concerned Baron Arl was loyal enough and he saw no signs of warp taint amongst the population. He did not have any further information on the 'great enemy' mentioned by Killer Thak.

Thought For the Day: To find the needle, one must first find the right haystack
My Lord Inquisitor, herein follows a true and accurate description of the mission to locate Priest Mallear.
Priest Mallear was assigned to the planet Tu-Shar for a brief preaching tour. He was due to be picked up by Rogue Trader Attilas, commander of the Inextricable Glory, but neither had been heard from and Mallear was three months overdue.
The cell travelled to Tu-Shar to find the Inextricable Glory heavily damaged and abandoned. The crew who had escaped the ship were slaughtered by the natives of Tu-Shar. Attilas, however, is presumed to have survived as he had escaped in his personal shuttle.
Investigations concluded that a Rogue Trader by the name of Ferrus had gifted one of the local tribes, that of Baron Arl, with surface to orbit plasma missiles. These had then been used to strike down the 'demons from the sky'. The demons, a primitive term for spacefarers, were, in this case, Rogue Trader Attilas and his crew. Worryingly, there were indications that Arl's tribe were involved in heretical worship. Naturally, they were purged with the assistance of another native tribe, that of 'Killer' Thak.
Priest Mallear had left with Rogue Trader Ferrus, two months after his intended departure date. He then served as one of the priests on Ferrus' vessel, the Unrelenting Pride. It was here that he was located by your humble servents. Mallear had no knowledge of the connection between the plasma missiles and Ferrus nor of Arl's heresy. He did, however, note that Ferrus' party were garbed in priestly attire when they made planetfall, something he found most peculiar. Before the cell could question Ferrus on his role in the incident, a pirate attack forced the cell to abandon the Unrelenting Pride. Due to this incident, Priest Mallear has been left on Sebrian and is awaiting instructions from the Ecclesiarchy.
A number of issues have come to attention during the course of this investigation and we are following up on them as we go about our other business.
