Arrived on Svelsor to find that a curfew had been put in place due to gang violence. We attempted to avoid the violence and found decent accomodation in the outer city.

The violence came to us. Just before dawn, a firefight erupted outside our lodgings and some of it moved inside. We took one gang member prisoner and left the others for the local Arbites to handle.

Interrogation revealed that one of the three gangs that controlled the city's underworld was encraoching on the others with the assistance of new eaponary from an unknown source. The gang, run by a man named 'Scabs' simultaneously attacked both rival gangs and moved into the city proper. This indicates that this is more than just another turf war.

A visit to the administratum district gave us a list of serial numbers of weapons given to Rogue Trader Ferrus on Gorane to take to the PDF on Tejal. Apparently they were replaacements for a training accident. The shipment was apparently lost in the pirate attack however, the rogue trader survived. The Arbites also supplied a list of serial numbers of weapons confiscated from the gangs during the recent upswing in violence.

While in the administratum building, we took the time to organise the Sveslorite astropaths into an intelligence gathering network. Whether this particular plan bears fruit remains to be seen.

At 11am, a coordinted bombing of public venues occured. The cell had recently left one of the targted venues and were able to capture the perpetrator. After several strenuous interrogation sessions, Severus, the bomber, told us everything we wanted to know. He was employed, via proxy, by Rogue Trader Attilas to be part of the bomb plot. He himself had no motive other than the massive amount of money offered. We also found the location and details of the meeting where the bombers would obtain their payment. The bomber was executed once we knew everything we needed to.

Six other members of the plot arrived at the meeting and were met by the non-descript man who had employed them. This individual was followed back to the estate of one Dame Quintilla, a member of a local noble house with links to interstellar trade. The cell set up surveillane on the house until it became dark and then enterred the gounds, incapacitating and restraining Attilas' proxy before moving on to the other occupants.
